PLUTO is a young and very active 4 year old surrendered after having been adopted from a different shelter. A changing work schedule is the reason Pluto ended up behind bars and the owner felt they could not give him proper care bc Pluto was left alone most days. (*Side note... we, as volunteers and staff, have so many animals to care for, and do our best, but most days now Pluto still sits alone in a shelter cage.) Pluto is energetic and loves to run! He runs right for you and you better be ready bc he may or may not veer off when he gets to you. He is a good size boy, weighing around 55 pounds. He does jump in excitement, again, be ready!
